How do I enrol my child at your school?
Your child must first sit an entrance examination. Our entrance examinations are the only way to gain admission to the school. Students who have not sat an exam will not be considered for admission.
Entrance examinations occur mid-year for enrolment in the following year. For example, if your child wishes to enrol in 2017, they will need to sit the entrance exam mid-year 2016.
Do I need to submit an application to the school?
No. In order to be considered for enrolment, all that is required is for your child to sit the entrance examination. No direct applications to the school need to be made for Year 9 entry.
Which suburb do I need to live in?
Suzanne Cory High School is not a zoned school. You can live anywhere and have your child enrolled in the school, provided they have sat the entrance examination and met the requirements.
Do you accept international students?
No. You must be an Australian Citizen or hold a Permanent Residency visa to be enrolled at the school.
How much are your fees?
Fees vary across year levels and with subject choice. Please contact the school for further information.
Are you a private school?
No, we are a government school.
Where can I find more information about the entrance examination?
